STOCKTON PHASE II

Phase II of the AC Gateway project will result in an additional $70 million invested in the Chelsea neighborhood of Atlantic City. A 135,000 s.f. building featuring apartment-style living for students with a total of 416 beds will expand Stockton University is Island Campus. The new facility will also provide a spacious student lounge, meeting room and laundry facilities. More students living in Atlantic City has proven to diversify and strengthen the local economy. Groundbreaking for Phase II occurred in October of 2020. The new student apartments will be ready of occupancy for fall term 2023.
